Construction is still ongoing and progressing daily. Access from Camargo is limited from Miami again this week. We suggest coming from the backside of Camargo, through the Kroger driveway, and skipping Miami altogether, if possible. Please drive safely and patiently through Madeira. 👷🚧
Construction on the facade of our building has begun. We will remain open during our regular hours throughout the construction, but please note that some parking spaces near our entrance will be temporarily blocked off.

We’re excited to partner with The Bookshelf to offer a Book and Wine Club. We are reading The Winemaker’s Wife, a great summer read. It’s a complex story of love, betrayal, and impossible courage set in the Champagne-growing region of France. Grab a copy from next door and join fellow book and wine lovers as we discuss the book on Saturday, September 6th, at 7pm

Wines
Husband-and-wife team Matt and Sara Licklider acquired Lioco in 2017, and since then have continued their original vision of producing nuanced and elegant California wines inspired by European traditions. The Lickliders focus on sourcing grapes from family-owned vineyards spanning 200 miles and three counties (Santa Cruz, Sonoma, and Mendocino), with a focus on Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Carignan.
For this Pinor Noir, a selection of premier Mendocino County vineyards was selected, with an emphasis on dry farming, older vines and sustainable viticulture. The goal was to capture the unique character of this region defined by the nearby Pacific Ocean, coastal redwoods and headwaters of two major rivers.
The 2023 Lioco Pinot Noir combines vineyards blended with stalwarts from the Anderson Valley, The Cole Ranch and the Potter Valley. The Anderson Valley component adds characteristic floral notes, and Cole Ranch contributes some pleasing structure. The Potter Valley piece brings lift and fruit-forward character from its Beaujolais-clone Pinot Noir fruit historically sourced for Rosé programs.
