Wines

The Language of Yes “Cuvée Sinsó” is a vibrant red blend, crafted by Randall Grahm, who is perhaps best known as the founder of Bonny Doon, on California’s Central Coast. Randall Grahm’s red blend places the often-overlooked Cinsault grape in the spotlight. Inspired by Old World traditions and a spirit of innovation, this wine is fermented with native yeasts and aged in neutral oak to highlight its lively character and nuanced complexity. In the glass, it reveals bright notes of wild strawberry, cherry, and raspberry, layered with dried herbs and a touch of spice, all framed by supple tannins and refreshing acidity. “Cuvée Sinsó” embodies a playful yet thoughtful winemaking philosophy, offering versatility at the table—especially with Mediterranean fare or when enjoyed slightly chilled—and serves as a testament to sustainable viticulture and the revival of heritage varietals. Altogether, it invites wine lovers to celebrate curiosity, conviviality, and the joy of saying “yes” to new discoveries in every bottle.
