It’s Memorial Day weekend! For some, this marks the official start of summer. But we still have another month before summer begins, and we want to savor these last few weeks of spring! Gather your friends and meet us this Friday at our rosé tasting party! We welcome everyone to join as we “Ring in the Spring” at The Annex of Oakley on Friday, May 23rd from 6:30-9:30pm! Taste 16 wines from four distributors. Most of these wines will be rosés, with some sparkling and white wines to round out the tasting. Enjoy an evening of spectacular rosés to prepare you for the warm seasons ahead. In addition to the great wines, we will also have a grazing table with selections of charcuterie, hors d'oeuvres, and seasonal appetizers to delight you. We will be raffling off a case of wine, with the proceeds benefiting The Dragonfly Foundation. The chill, open atmosphere provided by The Annex of Oakley is sure to provide a great backdrop for you to wine down and enjoy an evening out with your friends and fellow rosé enthusiasts. Closing Early Friday, 5/23
As you’re planning for holiday weekend gatherings, please be aware that the shop will be closing at 6:00 pm on Friday, 5/23, for our rosé tasting party. Please plan accordingly.
Construction detours and traffic are still in effect this week. We have two entrances on Miami Ave, and the Kroger entrance on Camargo will remain open (please see our Facebook for updates in case this changes).
If you’re coming from Kenwood, you can come down Dawson, and depending on the time of day, you might need to cut left to Maple, then right onto Laurel, and right onto Miami. If you’re coming from Camargo eastbound, you can stay on Camargo and either turn left on Miami and then right into the parking lot, or continue straight and turn left into the Kroger driveway after the light. If you’re driving westbound on Camargo, you can turn right onto Euclid, left onto Miami, and then turn left at the small parking lot entrance right after Honey on Miami. Please follow all posted detour and construction signage.
